St. Thomas Women’s Circles, traditionally known as the Altar Guild, brings together women of our parish through faith, friendship, fellowship, and service.

While Women’s Circles is the name we are using moving forward, the Altar Guild remains an important part of our history and mission. We continue the traditions of caring for our church, supporting our parish, serving our community, and providing opportunities for women to grow together in their faith.

All women of St. Thomas are welcome to join.

Women’s Circles give women the opportunity to gather in smaller groups based on their stage of life, schedule, and interests.

Each Circle offers a combination of friendship, faith, fellowship, and service.

St. Bernadette

Meeting: Evenings — determined by the group

For women who have always been single, are divorced, or are beginning a new chapter in life. A welcoming place for authentic friendship, shared faith, and support.

St. Anne

Leaders: Carrie Taylor & Tess Gomez
Meeting: 1st & 3rd Thursdays

A welcoming community for newly married women, new moms, and moms with preschool-aged children.

St. Gianna

Leader: Irene Jones
Meeting: One morning each month

For moms with children in elementary through middle school who want to grow in faith and friendship while supporting one another through family life.

St. Felicity

Leader: Teresa Loth
Meeting: One Wednesday evening each month

For moms with elementary through middle-school children navigating the busy years of motherhood together.

St. Lucy

Leader: Sandra Britten
Meeting: Evenings — determined by the group

For moms with middle-school, high-school, or college-age children seeking friendship, faith, and support during this season of family life.

St. Clare

Leader: Patrice Ford
Meeting: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

For women with grown children or grandchildren, with an emphasis on faith and friendship during the empty-nest years and beyond.

St. Monica

Leaders: Debbie Stich & Danelle Barber
Meeting: 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM

Experienced parish women continuing a long tradition of friendship, volunteerism, and service to St. Thomas.

St. Martha

Meeting: 3rd Wednesday of each month at 11:30 AM

Women of all ages gathering for spiritual growth, fellowship, friendship, and service to our parish and community.

Women’s Circles Leadership Team

Our Women’s Circles Leadership Team helps coordinate the ministry, support our Circle leaders, plan parish-wide women’s events, and continue the traditions and service of the St. Thomas Altar Guild.
